I ordered my first cake yesterday.Everything was easy and simple from finding what I wanted to placing an order with the exact words I wanted written over the cake. The customer support was empathetic when I realized that i wanted the cake delivered a little earlier than I had earlier intended. Best of all, it came with candles- even though i never ordered them-something I overlook all the time. I had a great experience by investing a little trust in Winni to supply a good eggless cake just in time. The cake tasted great. I can't wait to check out all the other remaining flavors.

Radiant bouquet actually brightened the occassion!! I was searching for a midnight delivery site of bouquet for Bangalore city and trust me guys I compared almost all the websites for the same delivery and came to the conclusion that Winni website id giving at the BEST price. So I made up my mind to order from here only. But I got a little late and website was not showing me the same day delivery date. But their customer support person was so helpful he made me delivery possible and helped me a lot with his directions. I really appreciate that. I ordered Radiant Wishes A basket of 10 Red and 10 White Roses but I was worried about the quality of flowers, will they look good or not.but when my friend sent me the photograph of that bouquet, I could not stop myself from writing this review. It was as good as I could have expected. Delivery was around 11.30 p.m as it was a midnight request. everything for me turned out to b best.The photograph is attached. Thank You winni:)

Dear Winni Team, I ordered an online order of Chef Bakers Raspberry Truffle cake and the order number was #5042322567. I really appreciate your on time delivery service but the cake quality was not the same. The name of the cake was raspberry truffle cake but the cake was sans raspberry or any raspberry flavor. Happy with Midnight flower delivery!! I recently ordered a midnight flower delivery for a friend's birthday. Very happy with their service. I was kinda worried that if they go past 12, her phone may be busy and what if the delivery guy just leaves after waiting for long. Thankfully, the delivery was exactly at 11.45 PM.Flowers were fresh too. But the message to recipient was hand-written which means someone else reads it, so suggest to keep it casual! Good thing is they allow much more characters than ferns and petals.

My wife was visiting Delhi and had ordered while staying at Sheraton, a 2kg Hawaian cake to be delivered to my brother in Bangalore as a wedding anniversary gift. The delivery was promptly done the next day on Friday. Sadly the cake turned out to be stale with the pineapple pieces rotten smelling. This morning I have been told that 3 of the people who ate that cake have fallen ill. This is wholly unacceptable and specially not from a reputed company. If this was here in UK, I would be informing the Health and Safety authorities. I wonder if the company reads these reviews as there seems to be no response for any of the appalling reviews posted here.
